This self-serve yogurt shop was opened the Summer of 2008 by two friends who saw the opportunity to start a relatively simple business that they could manage together while maintaining their full-time employment. The yogurt shop has secured a very reasonable lease with minimal increases over the next five years. Their Taylor yogurt machines were purchased new at a cost of 45,000, and are now paid in full and included in the sale. This business should provide a good ''job replacement'' income for a working owner, with savings of approximately 19,000 +/- per year if the owner replaced an employee for about 40 hours per week. One of the best features about this business is that the owner(s) can choose to work just a few hours and still operate at a profit.
